TERMS & CONDITIONS – THE TOTAL WOMAN INTERNATIONAL MEMBERSHIP

Please review these Terms carefully before enrolling in The TOTAL Woman International Membership (“Membership”), owned and operated by Tonia Lewis International, LLC/EDEN Inc. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

1. Membership Access & Payment Terms

Your Membership includes access to exclusive content, community features, and coaching experiences based on the tier selected at checkout.
Payments will be billed either monthly or annually, based on the subscription plan you choose at time of enrollment.
Founding Member pricing is a limited-time offer and will remain locked in as long as your subscription remains active and uninterrupted.
Your payment will be automatically processed on a recurring basis via PayPal until you cancel.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the digital nature of the content and coaching components, all sales are final and non-refundable.
You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing, but you will retain access until the end of your paid billing cycle.
If your payment fails or is declined, access to the Membership may be suspended until the issue is resolved.

3. Membership Tiers & Bonuses

Bonuses and access vary based on payment method and tier:

Monthly Members receive ongoing access to foundational features.
Annual Members receive additional bonuses including free months, priority access, and exclusive experiences.
VIP Members receive premium offerings including private coaching and special masterclasses.

Bonuses may be time-sensitive and are subject to change for future enrollments.

4. Use of Content & Intellectual Property

All content, trainings, tools, workbooks, and recordings are the intellectual property of Tonia Lewis International, LLC/EDEN INC. and are provided for your personal use only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, share, or teach this content outside of the Membership without written permission.

5. Community Conduct

The TOTAL Woman International is a sacred and empowering community. Members agree to:
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Communicate with kindness, respect, and integrity.
- Uphold the values of growth, grace, and sisterhood.
Disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in removal without refund.

6. Coaching Disclaimer

Participant acknowledges and agrees that [Your Business Name], its owners, affiliates, representatives, and contractors shall not be held liable or responsible, under any circumstances, for any loss, injury, harm, or fatality that may occur in connection with participation in this membership. Participation is voluntary and undertaken at the sole risk and responsibility of the participant.

Group coaching and immersive experiences are for educational and personal development purposes. This Membership does not constitute therapy, medical care, or legal advice.
Results vary and are dependent on the personal effort, application, and circumstances of the member.

7. Modifications

Tonia Lewis International, LLC/EDEN INC. reserves the right to update or adjust the Membership structure, offerings, or terms as needed.
Members will be notified in advance of any significant changes that may impact their access or experience.
